往复式葡萄藤切割器优化设计与试验

             

摘要

The structural principle of the reciprocating cutter for vines was studied .Meanwhile , the resistance , the en-ergy consumption and power were analyzed .An optimization mathematical model was established for the pursuit of mini-mal energy consumption .The optimization results including the cutter crank speed n=320 r/min , the crank radius of the Cutter r=50mm , the cutter trip s=100mm , the speed of the machine vm=0.9m/s and the length of machine cutting B=1.1m.Finally ,the experiment showd the results are validated and the datas are reliabled .Which can replace the ex-perimental data as the reference , provides areference for the development of low power design of vine pruning machine .%研究了往复式葡萄藤修剪机械切割器的结构原理,分析计算了往复式葡萄藤切割器工作行程的阻耗和功耗。以往复式葡萄藤切割器工作行程的阻耗和功耗最小为目标函数,建立优化设计的数学模型,优化计算结果为:割刀曲柄转速 n=320r/min,割刀曲柄半径r=50mm,切割器行程s=100mm,机器前进速度vm=0.9m/s,机器割幅B=1.1m。试验表明,优化设计结果合理,优化数据可靠,能替代试验数据作为参考依据,为低功耗葡萄藤修剪机的研发提供了一种设计参考。
