复合式安全离合器的设计研究

摘要

Combined with the actual working condition of agricultural machinery ,engagement process and status of friction Clutch and jaw clutch were analyzed in detail and improves it .A friction clutch and jaw combined safety clutch is pro-posed.the working principle and action process are analyzed .the clutch life can be rised greatly ,solved the clutch skid , more safety and dependable .improved the life of clutch and a complete set of service of the machine ,the design basis of the frict ion and jaw complex clutch is provided .%结合农业机械的实际工作情况，在对摩擦式离合器和牙嵌式离合器结合过程及状态分析的基础上对农用离合器进行改进设计，设计了新型的复合式离合器；同时，详细分析了复合式离合器的工作原理和工作过程。该设计有效地延长了离合器的使用寿命，解决了离合器打滑及过载保护等问题，对提高离合器乃至整套机具的使用寿命有着极其重要的意义，为复合式离合器的设计提供了借鉴。
