日光温室物联网设计研究--基于传感器智能网络操控系统

         

摘要

Along with the continuous renewal and development of computer hardware ,computer operating system is widely applied to the engineering fields , in which , intelligent control is one of the most commonly used intelligent control sys-tems .By using PID closed-loop control algorithm , an improvement of the PID algorithm reduced the system ’ s delay time of response , and increased the system ’ s sensitivity .As to the acquisition process for the external parameters ,by using the way of programming , it realizes the automatic control on the parameter acquisition process .In order to verify the va-lidity of the mathematical model and the algorithm ,it took the greenhouse network design as an example to verify the pro-cedure and the algorithm .Through calculation ,it was found that in the condition of the same sample input , the result is less different between the motor output and the fitting values of closed -loop PLC system of is small , and the maximum is 0 .2%, which achieved the control requirements .And the minimum packet loss rate is only 0 .4%, which meets the pre-cision of computer data transmission , and provides a theoretical reference for the study of intelligent control system in greenhouse .%随着计算机硬件设备的不断更新和发展,计算机智能操作系统被广泛地应用到工程领域,其中PLC智能控制是最常用的智能控制系统之一。运用PID闭环控制算法,通过对 PID 算法的改进,降低了系统反应动作的延时时间,增大了系统的灵敏度。对于外部参数的采集过程,采用编程方式对参数采集过程实现了自动控制。为了验证设计的数学模型和算法的有效性,以日光温室物联网设计为例,对程序和算法进行了验证。通过计算发现:在相同样本输入的情况下,电机输出值和闭环PLC 系统的拟合值的结果相差不大,最大仅为0.2%,达到了控制要求。其中,丢包率最低仅为0.4%,符合计算机数据传输的精确性要求,为日光温室智能控制系统的研究提供了理论参考。
