新疆贫困县农业机械化对种植业的贡献率分析

摘要

This article using with and without comparison method for agricultural machinery in nileke county , Xinjiang 2012 planting each contribution share of production has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis , the results show that agricultural machinery in nileke county , Xinjiang 2012 planting industry contribution rate of 24 .6%, this data shows that through the use of farm machinery can increase crop yield , reduce cost of agricultural inputs include factors of production input and labor input , and even restore economic losses , so as to improve the income of the agricultural econ-omy , but also you can see , on the other hand , relative to other areas of the county agricultural mechanization level is rel-atively backward , is still in its infancy , the government should formulate some feasible policies such as:increase finan-cial input to improve the backward county of the state of the economy .%采用“有无比较”法对新疆尼勒克县2012年农业机械在种植业各个生产环节中的贡献份额进行了定性和定量分析研究。研究结果表明：农业机械对2012年新疆尼勒克县种植业的贡献率为24．6％，说明通过使用农机可以增加农作物产量、减少农业成本的投入，包括减少生产要素的投入和劳动力的投入，甚至挽回经济损失，从而提高农业经济的收入；另一方面也可以看出，相对其他地区而言，该贫困县的农机化水平较为落后，还处于初级阶段，政府机构应该制定一些可行性的政策，如加大资金的投入等方式来改善其落后的经济状况。
