东北地区秸秆厌氧发酵制取沼气的主要工艺条件研究

摘要

研究了发酵温度、接种物与原料的不同配比、发酵液酸碱度等主要工艺条件对秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。同时，设计了自动加热恒温系统，对秸秆进行了氨化处理，进行了接种物与原料不同配比、发酵液不同 pH 值等一系列试验。试验结果表明，接种物与原料比例为1：1，发酵液pH 值为7．0左右时，产气效果好，效率高。%The effects of principal process conditions of straw anaerobic methane fermentation are studied , such as fer-ment temperature , different proportions of inoculums and raw materials , and initial pH value .Automatic heating thermo-static system is designed , straw is treated by ammonization , and then a series of experiments on different proportions of inoculums and raw materials and initial pH value are made .The results show that biogas production effect is better and more efficiency when the proportion is 1 ∶1 and pH value is 7 .0 .
