温室环境信息实时监测与控制系统的设计

             

摘要

In this paper , a set of real-time greenhouse environment monitoring system based on the LabVIEW is de-signed, taking the MCU (STC89C52) as the core controller.Multi-point temperature and humidity parameters in the greenhouse can be real -time provided and transmitted by high precision digital temperature and humidity sensors AM2315 .Data processing software programmed by LabVIEW 2010 running in the computer can receive , processing , stor-age the data sent by the sensors .The changing curves of the average values of temperature and humidity both inside and outside the greenhouse are given , and parameters such as the height of roller shutters and the size of air vents are real-time showed .At the same time , the function of accumulated temperature is realized , and the temperature upper and low-er limit can also be set according to different plant species .The system has simple hardware structure , low cost , conven-ient for using and maintenance , stable for working and other advantages .Experiments show that the system can achieve data acquisition and processing cycles within 1 s for up to 15 nodes inside and 3 nodes outside .The height of roller shut-ters and the size of air vents can be calculated and controlled automatically according to the set parameters and environ -ment conditions .It can effectively replace the artificial method and be steady applied to the automatic control of the greenhouse environment parameters .%在LabVIEW 的基础上,以STC89C52单片机为核心控制器,设计了一套温室环境实时监控系统,采用高精度数字温湿度传感器AM2315对温室大棚多点温湿度参数进行实时采集、传输。通过 LabVIEW2010编写的上位机数据处理软件对数据进行接收、处理、存储,绘制温湿度平均曲线图,并实时显示温室内外温湿度、卷帘高度与通风口大小等参数;同时,实现了积温功能,且可根据植物种类的不同设置积温上下限。该系统具有硬件结构简单、成本低、使用方便、维护简单、工作稳定等优点。实验表明:系统可以在1s 内对温室内最多15个节点和室外3个节点的数据进行循环采集和处理,并可根据设定的参数和温室内外的环境状况对通风口大小和卷帘高度进行自动控制,有效代替人工方法,稳定地用于温室大棚环境参数的自动化控制。
