自动移栽机门形取苗装置设计与试验研究

         

摘要

Based on the requirement of simple structure , low cost, high success rate , high efficiency of picking seedling machinery , this paper designed a kind of crank slide portal picking seedling machinery , described the working principle and the mechanical structure design of key components .In order to validate the working performance of the mechanism , experiment of picking seedings under different speed was done .The experiment results showed that under the speed of 40~70r/min,the average success rate of picking seeding was 94.4%, the average rate of injury seedings was 4.9%, meeting the requirement of automatic picking seedlings .%基于对取苗机构结构简单、成本低、取苗成功率高和效率高的要求,设计了一种门形取苗机构,简述了该机构的工作原理及关键部件的结构设计。为验证机构的工作性能,进行了不同转速下的取苗试验。试验结果表明:在取苗速度40~70r/min下,平均取苗成功率为94.4%,伤苗率为4.9%,满足自动取苗要求。
