一种便携式玉米叶片含水检测仪器设计

     

摘要

In order to achieve non-destructive and accurate detection of the moisture content of plant leaves , a new method for measuring the moisture content of corn leaves was designed , and the core control system was designed by using AT89 C52 chip microcomputer .The conversion function was realized by TCL 7135 .The mechanical structure of the spectrum analyzer is improved , and the linear filter is used to improve the resolution of the spectrometer , which can im-prove the resolution of the spectrometer .After the reconstruction of the grating structure , the transmission grating can be programmed and controlled , so as to improve the accuracy of the test system .Finally , the experimental study of the spec-tral moisture test instrument , the test data of the test data of the portable spectrometer is basically consistent with the test data , which verifies the reliability of the device , and provides a valuable reference for the research of the plant leaf water detector .%为了实现植物叶片含水率的无损和准确检测,设计了一种新的便携式玉米叶片含水率检测仪器,并使用AT89 C52 单片机设计了核心控制系统,利用 TCL7135 实现了模数转换功能. 对光谱分析仪的机械结构进行了改进,使用线性变化的滤波片,将其与阵列探测器相结合,提高了光谱仪的分辨率,使光谱仪的体积小、质量小且稳定性好. 对光栅结构进行了改造,改造后的透射片光栅可以进行编程控制,从而提高了测试仪的精度. 对光谱水分测试仪器进行了试验研究,结果表明:利用实验室方法和本次研究设计的便携光谱仪的测试数据基本吻合,从而验证了装置的可靠性,为植株叶片水分检测仪的研究提供了较有价值的参考.
