折叠式免耕玉米播种机液压系统设计

         

摘要

针对折叠式玉米播种机对机架和划行器的工作性能要求,分析了机架和划行器的折叠与平放的工作过程,设计了玉米播种机的机架与划行器的液压控制系统。通过对液压控制系统的分析,确定了系统的最大压力和流量,并对液压系统的执行机构折叠液压缸进行了设计计算,同时对液压系统的控制元件进行了选型。试验表明:设计的液压系统结构紧凑、工作平稳可靠,能够满足玉米播种机的使用要求。%The work process of frame and marker attachment was analyzed and the principle diagram of the hydraulic con-trol system was drawn according to requirement of frame and marker attachment for maize planter.The hydraulic control system of frame and marker attachment was designed for maize planter through analysis.The maximum pressure and flow of system was determined.The structure parameters of folding hydraulic cylinder was calculated and control elements of the hydraulic system were selected.The experiments shows that the designed hydraulic system has compact structure, re-liable performance and can meet the requirements of the maize planter.
