散体物料堆自动上料机的设计与试验

         

摘要

To put or feed the materials stacked on the ground to conveying system,the existing material feeding equipment only relied on the artificial or matching machine. To solve the problem of automatic feeding,an automatic feeding machine for material stack was designed. The crank pendulum scoop mechanism was designed to achieve the aim of automatic re-claiming from the material pile. And the parameter setting and prototype development have been completed. The results of the test,which takes soilless culture substrate as the subjects and uses feeding efficiency as the index, showed that the automatic material feeding machine can scrap the ground substrate and throw it onto the conveyor belt successfully at a speed of 0.2-0.5m/s. It could achieve the substrate packing efficiency of 5.2L/s. This machine can effectively meet the grain, flour,fertilizer and other agricultural bulk material feeding operations need,and provide a new type of practical e-quipment for automatic material feeding.%针对现有物料上料设备均靠人工或配套的机械才能完成将堆放在地面的物料向输送系统的投放或喂入,而不具备自动上料现状,研制了一种物料自动上料机.设计了曲柄摆杆式铲料机构,解决了对料堆的自动取料难题,并完成了参数定型和样机开发.以无土栽培基质为对象、上料效率为试验指标开展试验,结果表明:自动上料机在带速0.2~0.5m/s 时能够顺利实现将地面基质铲运并抛洒至输送带上,可实现5.2L/s 的基质装箱效率.试验验证,该设备也能有效满足谷物、面粉、肥料等农业散体物料堆的上料作业需要,为自动化上料提供了新型的实用装备.
