车载脐橙电子视觉智能分级设备的开发研究

         

摘要

针对脐橙果农在脐橙生产和销售过程中对大小分级的需要,采用车载电源供电、带式上料机构自动上料、差速排列机构进行自动排列、齿条链式输送机构进行输送和翻转,以及电子视觉系统判别脐橙等级、回转剔除分级机构进行分级的方法,在果园采摘现场分选脐橙.该设备采用触摸屏式 PLC 技术进行控制,分级速度适时可调,操作、安装调试与检修方便,在保证分级质量的同时,极大地降低了果农的劳动强度,提高了脐橙的分级效率.%To solve the problem of selecting navel orange size for growers in the process of navel orange production and sales, a electronic visual intelligent classification equipment on-board was made, which has the following functions or service part, such as vehicle power supply, automatic feeding by the belt feeding device, automatic routing setting by the differential arrangement, transmission and flip of navel orange by the rack and chain transmission mechanism, size and level of discretion by electronic visual intelligent system and specification classification by the grading mechanism. The equipment adopted touch screen type PLC control technology,which has advantages of convenient speed regulation, simplicity of operation, easy installation and debugging as well as maintenance while it is rather suitable for sorting navel orange in the orchard. The equipment ensured the quality of classification,greatly reduced the labor intensity of the fruit and improve the classification efficiency of navel orange.
