To solve the problem membrane recycling residue in the farmland, the use of homemade electrostatic separation device, the residue in the farmland mulch and soil electrostatic separation experiment was carried out.In this paper, we study under the condition of high voltage electrostatic field, electrostatic separation plant efficiency and the moisture content and change rule between the high voltage electrostatic voltage value.Experimental results show that when the plate spacing is 6 cm, the residual film area of 5*5cm2, moisture content is 20%, when the voltage is-7.3kV, electrostatic separation plant adsorption efficiency can reach 96.67%.The experimental results show that the electrostatic separation method can be used in the separation of farmland in the film.In this paper, the separation principle and test for the next step of electrostatic residual film recycling machine developed to provide theoretical basis and reference.%为解决农田中残膜回收难题,采用自制的静电分离装置,对农田中残留的地膜和土壤进行静电分离试验.在高压静电场条件下,对装置的分离效率与含水率和高压静电电压值之间的变化规律进行测定,并建立数学模型.试验结果表明:当极板间距为6cm、残膜面积为5×5cm2、含水率为20%、电压值为-7.3kV时,静电分离装置吸附效率可以达到96.67%;静电分离方法可以用于分离农田中的残膜.该文的分离原理和试验为下一步静电式残膜回收机的研制提供理论依据和借鉴.
