目的 为了进一步研究临床有效治疗肝脓肿的可靠手术方法. 方法 选取了2005年12月~2014年6月临床收治的肝脓肿手术患者78例为研究对象. 将患者分成了观察组和对照组,每组患者均为39例. 分别采用腹腔镜手术和常规手术. 观察和比较两组的手术时间、拔管时间、住院时间以及术后生活质量评分结果. 结果 (1)观察组患者的手术时间、拔管时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,且组间数据比较差异具有显著统计学意义;(2)观察组患者的总体健康、生理功能、精神健康、情绪状态等生活质量评分水平结果均明显优于对照组,且组间数据比较差异具有显著统计学意义. 结论 在临床针对肝脓肿患者实施手术治疗的实践过程中,采用腹腔镜手术方法治疗的临床综合效果显著,是临床治疗肝脓肿患者的理想手术方式之一.%Objective To further investigate the clinical effective and reliable surgical treatment of liver abscess . Methods 78 patients with liver abscess from December 2005 to June 2014 in our hospital were chosen as the research object.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group patients, and 39 cases in each group. They were taken with laparoscopic surgery and conventional surgery.The operation time, extubation time, length of hos-pital stay and postoperative quality of life score results for the two groups were observed and compared.Results (1) The operative time, extubation time, length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than the control group, and the differences between the two groups of data were with statistical significance.( 2 ) The health situation, physiological function,mental health, emotional state, such as the level of quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and differences of data compared between the two groups were with statis-tical significance.Conclusions In clinical practice for the treatment of patients with liver abscess surgery , the clinical effect of integrated laparoscopic surgical treatment is significant, and it is one of the ideal surgery methods for the clinical treatment of patients with liver abscess.
