TACE术前CT血管重建对介入手术时间的影响

摘要

Objective To study theTACE preoperative vascular remodeling the impact on the operation time.Meth-ods 50 patients with liver cancer, were randomly divided into research group and the control group, the team before him by intraoperative use free shareware Xiphoid vascular reconstruction, the blood vessels and tumor blood supply, for-mulate operation path, then inTACE.Results The team:the average operation time 18.4 minutes, the control group, the average operation time:23.6 minutes, P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusions Preoperative CT with conventional vascular remodeling can obviously shorten the time intervention operation.%目的：研究TACE术前血管重建对手术时间的影响。方法选取50例肝癌患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组术前由术中本人利用免费共享软件Xiphoid进行血管重建，研究血管走行，肿瘤血供，制定手术路径，随后进行TACE。结果研究组：平均手术时间18．4 min，对照组：平均手术时间：23．6 min，P＜0．05，具有统计学意义。结论 TACE术前CT血管重建可明显缩短介入手术时间。
