目的：分析人文关怀护理模式应用于高龄心血管患者手术风险因素中的影响。方法选取收治的98例患者作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规性护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施人文关怀护理。结果两组患者护理前的血压和心率方面比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组患者护理后的血压和心率方面比较有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论人文关怀护理模式应用于高龄患者手术中，能够有效改善患者的血压和心率情况，对于患者手术风险因素具有一定的积极影响，能够在在临床中应用。%Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing model applied in elderly patients with cardio-vascular risk factors in surgery.Methods 98 cases of our hospital patients as the research object, divided into observa-tion group and control group, the control group was given routine nursing and humanistic care, observation group in the control group.Results There was no significant difference between the blood pressure and heart rate of two groups of patients before the nursing aspects ( P>0.05) , blood pressure and heart rate of two groups of patients after the nursing were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic nursing care mode application in surgery of elderly patients to effectively improve the patient′s blood pressure and heart rate, for the risk factors of surgical patients has some positive impact, and can be widely used in clinical.
