无心衰房颤与房颤合并心衰病人脑卒中发生率的对比研究

摘要

Objective To observe incidence rate of cerebral apoplexy of atrial fibrillation without heart failure pa -tients and atrial fibrillation combined heart failure patients.Mteh ods In February 2010 -February 2015 pitients that hospitalized in our hospital or out patient randomly selected as the two groups as the observation object.Results The at-rial fibrillation without heart failure of 9 case occurs cerebral apoplexy, the incidence was 18%,the other group was 19 cases,the incidence was 28%,the differences were obvious P<0.05.Conclusions The incidence rate of cerebral apo-plexy of atrial fibrillation without hert failure patients was much higher than the other group ,should be positive fully anti-coagulant therapy.%目的：观察无心衰房颤与房颤合并心衰病人脑卒中的发生率。方法以2010年2月～2015年2月住院或门诊的病人随机选为两组为观察对象，其中无心衰房颤组50例，房颤合并心衰组50例，以病人发生脑卒中为观察终点。结果无心衰房颤组有9例发生脑卒中，占18％，房颤合并心衰组育19例发生脑卒中，占28％，两者差异显著P＜0．05。结论房颤合并心衰病人脑卒中发生率远高于无心衰房颤者，应积充分、积极抗凝治疗。
