Study on sensitivity of piezo spiral transducer

摘要

The design of the piezoelectric spiral transducer is proposed. Its stress amplification is realized by torque, and the g15 mode is applied for the piezoelectric conversion. Both the theoretical and simulation results show the high sensitivity of this transducer.
