基于DSP+μC/OS—Ⅱ的装甲车辆自动装弹机控制系统设计

     

摘要

针对现有自动装弹机控制系统可靠性和可测试性不高的问题,设计了基于DSP的自动装弹机控制系统总体方案和功能模块。给出了改造后装弹机自动装弹工作流程,进行了部分关键电路的设计。实现了系统自检和状态数据的存储功能,有利于外部检测设备进行故障诊断。采用高速DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为核心处理器,内嵌实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,使系统能够实时、稳定地运行。%According to the problems of the poor reliability and testability of the existing auto-loader con- trol system, an overall scheme and function module of auto-loader control system is designed based on DSP. An auto-loading work procedure of transformed auto-loader is given, and parts of key circuits are also designed. The system self-check and state data storage are realized, facilitating fault diagnosis by ex- ternal detection equipment. The high speed DSP chip TMS320F2812 is used as core processor, and μC/ OS-Ⅱ as embedded Real Time Operation System (RTOS) makes the system run reliably and in real-time.
