高原地区车辆柴油机燃用DBDD含氧混合燃料台架实验分析

     

摘要

To solve the combustion deterioration problem of vehicle diesel engine in plateau area, the plateau simulation bench test is carried out for the analysis of diesel engine fueled with No.35 diesel and the DBDD oxygenated fuel effect on certain vehicle diesel engine performance and combustion characteristics under two kinds of working conditions such as the rated speed 2 000 r/min, torque 1 450 N·m and the maximum torque speed 1 400 r/min, torque 2 110 N·m.The results show that compared with No.35 diesel, DBDD oxygenated fuel will advance the ignition starting point and the combustion center of gravity position, the combustion duration prolongs, the combustion characteristics are improved;the equivalent fuel consumption rate reduces, and the thermal efficiency increases, illustrating that the economy of the diesel engine is improved at the same power;the peak pressure and the maximum cylinder pressure rise rate decrease, illustrating that the mechanical load of the diesel engine is reduced;the average temperature in the cylinder and the exhaust temperature drop, illustrating that the heat load of diesel engine is reduced.%针对高原地区车辆柴油机燃烧恶化的问题,通过高原模拟台架实验,对比分析了标定转速2 000 r/min、转矩1 450 N·m和最大扭矩转速1 400 r/min、转矩2 110 N·m 两种工况下,某型车辆柴油机燃用-35号柴油和DBDD含氧混合燃料对整机性能和燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:与燃用-35号柴油相比,2种工况下柴油机燃用DBDD含氧混合燃料时燃烧始点和燃烧重心位置提前,燃烧持续期延长,其燃烧特性得以改善;当量油耗率降低,而热效率提高,说明柴油机在动力相同时经济性提高;缸内压力峰值和最大压力升高率下降,说明柴油机机械负荷降低;平均缸内温度和排气温度下降,说明柴油机热负荷降低.
