维修保障人员专业类别确定与优化配置

     

摘要

应用模糊层次分析方法建立了维修人员专业评估量化指标体系,通过分析维修专业间的不可替代度,优化组合装备维修专业类别;依据维修专业数量,优化配置维修人员专业类别,实现了维修人员专业类别的量化分析.最后,通过某型高炮武器系统火力系统维修保障人员专业类别确定与优化实例验证了该方法的有效性,为部队各级修理机构合理编配装备维修保障人员提供了依据.%Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is used to establish the quantitative index system for the professional evaluation of maintenance personnel, the maintenance professional categories are optimized and combined through the analysis of non-substitution degree among the professionals;the professional categories of maintenance personnel are optimized and collocated according to the quantity of maintenance profession and the quantitative analysis of professional categories is realized.The validity of this method has been confirmed by an example of fire system maintenance support personnel of a certain type of AA gun weapon system, which provides basis for reasonable allocation of equipment maintenance support personnel at all levels of the military units.
