针对自行火炮炮塔维修拆装台架种类冗杂、通用性不强和野战性能差等问题,提出了一种导轨式变径炮塔拆装台架设计方案.采用SolidWorks对拆装台架进行了总体设计,并对拆装台架的变径方案进行了具体设计;采用有限元分析方法对受力最大的台架托盘进行了应力分布和变形情况分析,验证了台架的强度、刚度等静力学性能.通过试验对台架功能和性能进行了验证,结果表明:该台架能够满足设计和使用需求.%To solve the problems of miscellaneous type,poor versatility and field performance for turret maintenance disassembly platform of the self-propelled gun,a design scheme of rail type adjustable turret disassembly platform is put forward.SolidWorks is used for the overall design of the platform and variable diameter solutions of the disassembly platform are developed for the details.The stress distribution and deformation of the pallet with the largest force are analyzed by the finite element analysis method.The static mechanical property of the platform is verified.Function and performance of the platform are verified through the test,and the result shows that the bench can meet the design and operation requirements.
