胃十二指肠溃疡并发急性出血137例临床分析

摘要

Objective To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding. Methods The clinical materials of 137 cases of acute gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding who were admitted between Jan. 2000 and Jan. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seventyeight cases were treated by non-surgical methods, and 59 received surgical treatment. In the 137 cases,123 were completely cured,9 automatically discharged and 5 died. Conclusion For the patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding,we should choose the most appropriate treatment according to the bleeding site and the severity to get the ideal therapeutic efficacy.%目的 总结胃十二指肠溃疡并发急性出血的临床诊断和治疗方式.方法 回顾分析2000年1月至2010年1月收治的胃十二指肠溃疡并发急性出血137例的临床资料.结果 全部病例均经胃镜、钡餐、手术及术后病理检查确诊.其中采取非手术治疗78例,手术治疗59例;自动出院9例,死亡5例,治愈123例.结论 胃十二指肠溃疡并发急性出血应及早诊断,明确病因和出血部位并采取不同的最合适的治疗方案,从而获得比较理想的治疗效果.
