食管下段及胃底切除术治疗门静脉高压症食管下段静脉曲张出血的方法及价值

摘要

目的 探讨食管下段及胃底切除术在治疗门静脉高压症食管下段静脉曲张出血的方法及价值.方法 回顾性分析2002年1月至2012年1月对73例门静脉高压症并食管下段静脉曲张病例手术治疗的结果,观察术后并发症发生率和死亡率.结果 73例手术无吻合口瘘发生,吻合口狭窄3例,术后复发出血2例,手术死亡1例.结论 食管下段及胃底切除是治疗门静脉高压症食管下段静脉曲张出血的一种安全有效的手术方法.%Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of lower esophageal gastric resection for e-sophageal varices induced by portal hypertension. Methods Totally 73 patients with esophageal varices induced by portal hypertension from January 2002 to January 2012. Who received lower esophageal gastric resection, were retrospectively analyzed. The postoperative complication rate and mortality were observed. Results No anastomotic leakage occurred in all 73 patients. There were 3 cases of anastomotic stricture and 2 cases of re-bleeding. One case died after operation. Conclusion Lower e-sophageal gastric resection for treating portal hypertension-induced esphagogastric varices was effective and safe.
