Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intraoperative warm distilled water plus 5-flu-orouracil (5-FU) perfusion chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods During Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2006,27 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were subjected to intraperitoneal lavage of 3000 mL warm distilled, the flushing fluid was extracted,and 200 ml normal saline plus 1000 mg 5-FU were perfused intraperitoneally. Exfoliative cells and toxic reaction of chemotherapy were observed. Results Except the slightly delayed recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function and mild bone marrow suppression,no other adverse reaction occurred, and all patients were cured. During a follow-up period, the 5-year survival rate was 44. 4 %. Conclusion Intraperitoneal warm distilled water plus 5-FU perfusion chemotherapy in radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer is feasible and safe, and may kill the intraperitoneal residual occult carcinoma and exfoliated cancer cells.%目的 探讨改良盆式吻合术在治疗肝门部胆管癌中预防胆漏的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年5月间13例接受改良盆式吻合术治疗的肝门部胆管癌病人的临床资料.结果 13例均采用改良盆式吻合术,术后无1例胆漏发生；3例发生并发症,并发症发生率为23.0％(3/13).其中1例术后胆道出血,肺部感染及胸腔积液各1例,经保守治疗后出院；13例临床症状消失,黄疸消退.结论 正确选择手术方式与术后充分的引流及减压是治疗本病的关键.
