This paper is a study of the development of mass sports in Macao which suits its practical social condi.tions.Accordi, ng to this research, there come to some results as follows: (I)in the process of establishing a development model on the community sport in Macao, firstly we should improve the structure of the sports organizations in the community in Macao, set up the Internet system for the organizations in order to bring out the functions of the organiza- tions at all levels the fulles, raise the management level of the organizations, and establish a steady and management team for the community sport;( 2 )at present, influenced and restricted by many factors and conditions, the working class in Macao cannot or find no no ways to actively take part in the sports activities in the community;(3)the construction of the sports equipment and stadiums has not matched tb, edevelopment of the Mass Sports and it is needy to make full use of the sports resources;(4)It is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the level of Mass Sports development in terms of the present social condition, the economics and the historical background of The Macao Special Administrative Region which acts as a special region in many ways.%对建立符合澳门实际情况和澳门地区社会水平的“大众体育发展模式”进行了研究。研究认为：（1）在构建澳门大众体育发展模式的途中，首先应对小区体育姐织体系进行完善。建立姐织同络系统，使各极小区体育组织充分发挥功能作用．使组织管理水平提高，建立一支稳定的、具有一定专业水平的小区体育指导队伍；（2）目前澳门的平民大众和劳工阶层不能积极参加或无珐参加小区体育活动，因为受到各种因素、条件的限制与影响；（3）体育场地设施的建设与使用，未能配合到小区体育的发展。对现有的体育资源，应予充分利用和开发；（4）我国澳门特别行政区为一特殊地区，从社叁现况，经济基础，历士狰量善同毒对士矗体育的盅晨jk丰盛行夯柝．
