新《土地管理法》中征地安置补助费计算问题研究

新《土地管理法》自1999年1月1日起施行以来,不少技术、工作人员对新《土地管理法》中征地安置补助费如何计算问题,理解不一。通过吉林省相关工程程建设征地的实践,谈谈粗浅认识。%since the new ＂Land Management Law＂ has been implemented on January 1,1999,many technicians and staff had different understanding on how to calculate the land acqusition and resettlement fee,this paper discussed these issues according to the practice of the related projects in Jilin Province.
