基于DEA法的差别化水资源费评价研究

摘要

The difference of water resources fee is formulated according to the region ,industry,environment, society and economy,supply and demand characteristics of a kind of efficient allocation.However ,due to there are many of factors affect water resources;After the enactment of the water resource fee is difficult to assess how their efficiency,so the introduction of DEA method,depending on the evaluation of the impact of water resources fee pricing efficiency factor for the adjustment of the water resource fee laid differentiated a solid foundation.%　　差别化水资源费是根据地区、行业、环境、社会经济、供需关系等特点制定有差别化的水资源费收费标准，其是一种高效的水资源配置手段。但由于影响水资源费德影响因素较多，在水资源费制定后其效率如何难以评定，因此引入DEA法，根据不同的影响因素评价水资源费定价效率，为差别化水资源费的调整打下坚实基础。
