Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Primary Care Clinic Reviews at Fayetteville VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina

The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected patient care activities to determine whether the community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) and primary care clinics (PCCs) provide safe, consistent, and high-quality health care for our veterans. We conducted site visits during the week of June 23, 2014, at the following CBOCs which are under the oversight of the Fayetteville VA Medical Center and Veterans Integrated Service Network 6: Goldsboro CBOC, Goldsboro, NC; and Hamlet CBOC, Hamlet, NC.
