水利基础地理信息服务平台的数据组织与维护

摘要

随着测绘地理信息“3+1”工程的建设和完善，第一次水利普查的完成，为建立科学高效的水利管理模式，建设专业化的水利基础地理信息服务平台更显迫切。但长期以来缺少行业协调和沟通，各行业建立的地理信息平台技术性矛盾突出，导致行业协调管理困难、数据平台使用乏力等问题。笔者结合水利测绘信息的特点，从部门数据管理协调、数据组织模式、数据更新维护等方面，阐述了建设水利基础地理信息平台的一些新思路。%With the construction and improvement of the mapping geographic information project of “3+1”,the completion of the first water census is more urgent for establishment of scientific and efficient water manage-ment model,especially the construction of water conservancy in geographic information service platform.For a long time the lack of coordination and communication industry,the industry’s geographic information platform to establish a technical contradiction ,it lead industry coordination and management difficulties ,fatigue and other problems with the data platform.Combined with the characteristics of water conservancy mapping infor-mation from departmental data management coordination ,data organization, data updating and maintenance , etc.,It expounds new ideas to establish water infrastructure geographic information platform.
