向家洞水库护坡面板施工期温度应力仿真研究

             

摘要

整浇切割混凝土面板护坡新技术在近年的堤坝除险加固工程中得到成功应用,然而温度变化是否会引起护坡面板开裂尚待研究。依托湖南省汨罗市向家洞水库加固工程,对施工期坝体护坡面板的温度应力进行有限单元仿真计算,对比了面板未切割和切割分块两种情况下的温度场和温度应力场。研究表明目前的护坡面板整浇切割方式能有效防止温度变化引起的开裂破坏,是一种可行的施工方式。%Integral Casting-cutting Concrete Slab Slope Protection technologyhas been successfully applied in the dam reinforcement project recent years,however,whether the temperature changes will cause the panel cracking need tofurther study.Relying on Xiangjiadong reservoir reinforcement project located inMiluo City, Hunan Province,the construction period of the dam body temperaturepanel stress was simulated by finite ele-ment,and was contrasted with thetemperature field and thermal stress field in both cases of the panel uncut and cut block;Studies show that the current poured the entire cutting panel can effectively prevent cracking damage caused by the temperature change,is a viable construction method.
