小型农田水利工程可持续运行管理探析

摘要

Small farmland water conservancy facilities as the basic protection of agricultural development ,with farmers,agriculture has a close relationship,but it is also an important part of the water conservancy system. Analysis of the current situation and achieve sustainable operation of small water conservancy projects are key to promote the development of small-scale water conservancy.Therefore, from a management point of view ,for the sustainable operation of small-scale irrigation and water conservancy facilities,today’s small farmland wa-ter conservancy project management problems and their causes were analyzed ,and strategies to achieve sus-tainable operation and management of small-scale water conservancy projects are put forward.%小型农田水利工程作为农业发展的基本保障设施，与农民、农业有着密不可分的关系，同时其也是水利体系的重要组成部分。就目前形势分析，实现小型农田水利工程的可持续运行是推动我国小型水利事业发展的关键。因此，从管理的角度，对小型农田水利设施可持续运行问题进行了探究，对当今小型农田水利工程管理存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，提出了实现小型农田水利工程可持续运行管理的策略。
