浅析小型水利工程项目施工管理

摘要

Butlined the status of small water conservancy project management ,through the influence of the pro-ject legal restraint mechanisms,construction project bidding system,construction project management and pro-ject quality supervision system for small water conservancy projects ,put forward reasonable suggestions to change the status,thus achieving the project’s initial construction of the project objectives.%简述小型水利工程项目管理的现状，通过对项目法人约束机制、建设工程招投标制、建设工程监理制和工程项目质量监督对小型水利工程建设的影响，提出了改变现状的合理化建议，进而达到工程建设立项初期的项目目标。
