慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床麻醉分析

摘要

目的：研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者行LC术的麻醉方法。方法：分析患者气腹前、中及后期的心率、收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度及呼气末二氧化碳、心率、收缩压、舒张压及血氧饱和度情况。结果：患者气腹中呼气末二氧化碳显著高于气腹前和气腹后（P＜0.05），其他指标对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：全身麻醉在COPD患者LC术中麻醉效果良好。%Objective To study the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with anesthesia method for LC surgery.Methods Patients with pneumoperitoneum,and later the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,oxygen saturation and end tidal carbon dioxide,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation condition.Results The patients in end tidal carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum was significantly higher than that before and after pneumoperitoneum,pneumoperitoneum(P<0.05),no significant difference in other indexes comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia in a patient with LC COPD anaesthesia effect is good.
