早期股骨头缺血坏死的X线、CT、MRI影像诊断价值对比分析

摘要

目的：探讨早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中X线、CT、MRI的应用价值。方法：选取42例（60髋）早期股骨头缺血坏死患者，采取X线、CT、MRI影像学方法进行检查，对诊断结果展开分析。结果：MRI阳性率最高，X线片最低。结论：MRI检查在早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中更加准确，临床应用价值显著高于X线与CT检查。%Objective To investigate the application value of early diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head by X -ray,CT, MRI. Method 42 cases(60 hips)of early avascular necrosis of femoral head were selected,method for examination of X-ray,CT,MRI image was taken,to analyze the diagnosis results. Results The positive rate of MRI was the highest,that of X-ray was lowest. Conclusion MRI examination is more accurate in the early diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head,clinical application value is significantly higher than that of X-ray and CT examination.
