Objective To analyze the curative effect for Acromioclavicular joint dislocation line Endobutton internal fixation of the early postoperative rehabilitation training. Method 22 cases of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation were selected,were divided into two groups averagely,the control group received clavicular hook plate fixation,the treatment group received the Endobutton fixation and early rehabili-tation training,compared the efficacy of treatment. Results The treatment group after treatment had not severe shoulder joint pain,and shoulder joint activity in 5 patients within(90~180)°,the scope of effect was obviously better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion The Endobutton fixation combined with early rehabilitation treatment of acromioclavic-ular joint dislocation is obviously effective,worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：分析肩锁关节脱位行Endobutton内固定术后的早期康复训练及疗效。方法：选取收治的22例肩锁关节脱位患者，将其平均分成对照组与治疗组两组，给予对照组采用锁骨钩钢板术固定，给予治疗组采用Endobutton内固定术及早期康复训练，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗后治疗组无一例患者出现严重的肩关节疼痛，且有5例患者的肩关节活动度处于（90~180）°范围内，效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：采用Endobutton内固定术并配合早期康复训练治疗肩锁关节脱位，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
