鼻内镜术后鼻腔粘连的分析

摘要

目的：分析鼻内镜术后鼻腔粘连的原因及策略。方法：选择42例鼻内镜手术后发生的鼻腔粘连患者，检查鼻腔粘连的原因及治疗措施。结果：42例患者中发现鼻腔粘连前10天～9年有鼻内镜鼻窦开放手术史，其中2例鼻中隔偏曲矫正不彻底及8例合并鼻中隔偏曲前次未行矫正，7例中鼻甲下缘过长或中鼻甲肥大，4例钩突切除不彻底，6例下鼻甲骨质高拱型，2例患者术后未及时鼻腔清理换药。行鼻腔粘连松解术后，随访6个月～1年，42例术腔粘连均成功解除。结论：分析鼻内镜术后鼻腔粘连的原因后尽量避免，鼻腔粘连松解术可以很好的改善鼻腔粘连。%Objective To analyze of nasal endoscopic surgery adhesions and strategic reasons.Methods 42 cases of patients with nasal adhesions were selected after endoscopic sinus surgery,checked the nasal adhesion causes and treatment measures.Results 42 patients were found during 10 days ago to nine years having endoscopic sinus open surgery,including two cases of nasal septum was not complete,8 patients did not undergo previous deviated septum corrected,the lower edge of the middle turbinate 7 cases too long or middle turbinate hypertrophy,four cases of uncinate not completely removed,six cases of inferior turbinate bone Gaogong type,2 patients did not clean up after dressing timely nasal cavity. After adhesiolysis nasal surgery,followed-up of 6 months to 1 year,42 cases of surgical cavity adhesions were successfully released.Conclusion After analysis of postoperative nasal adhesions reason,we should avoid it,and nasal adhesion lysis can be a good improvement in nasal adhesions.
