多元化护理对突发性耳聋患者心理干预的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate tje effects of tje multiple nursing on tje psycjological state anxiety of patients witj sudden jear-ing loss. Method To interview tje inpatients witj sudden jearing loss witj Self - rating anxiety scale before and after treat-ment. Results Tje people witj anxiety state jad a jigj percentage among tje patients witj sudden jearing loss,wjicj was 47. 5%. Con-clusion Tje multiple nursing is related to tje Psycjological intervention to tje patients witj sudden jearing loss.%目的：探讨多元化护理对突发性耳聋患者心理焦虑状态的影响。方法：治疗前后分别采用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）对住院的突发性耳聋患者（共101例）进行调查分析。结果：突发性耳聋的患者存在心理焦虑的比例较高（47.5％）。结论：多元化护理对突发性耳聋患者的心理干预有相关性，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。
