目的：分析妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者围生期护理方法及临床效果。方法：选择200例妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组100例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组实施围生期护理，对两组患者的感染率和治疗依从性等进行分析对比。结果：根据患者的心理状态、病情状况以及不同时期采取相应的护理干预之后取得良好的临床效果，本组研究对象中有260例产妇进行了乙型肝炎母婴阻断，通过实施围生期护理，患者的紧张、焦虑等不良情绪得到有效的缓解，观察组与对照组的感染率和治疗依从性等比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者采取综合性的围生期护理干预具有良好的临床效果，能有效缓解患者的心理压力，降低感染率，值得在临床应用上推广。%Objective The clinical effect of confining and nursing method for analysis of patients with viral hepatitis during pregnancy. Methods 200 cases of pregnancy associated with viral hepatitis patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 100 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,observation group received perinatal care,the two groups of patients with infection rate and treatment compliance,comparative analysis.Results After taking corresponding nursing intervention according to the psychological status of the patients,condition and different period has a good clinical effect,the study group in 260 cases were hepatitis B PMTCT,through the implementation of perinatal care,patients with tension,anxiety and other negative emotions are effective mitigation,the observation group and the control group.The infection rate and there was significant difference between the treatment compliance (P<0.05).Conclusion Has good clinical effect on the patients with pregnancy associated with viral hepatitis have integrated perinatal nursing intervention,can effectively ease the psychological pressure of patients,reduce the rate of infection,is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
