低渗口服补液盐治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of salts in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Method 120 cases of in-fant with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 cases of the control used the standard oral rehydration salts treatment, 60 cases in the treatment group used hypotonic oral rehydration salts treatment. To observe the clinical curative effect of children of two groups. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Hypotonic oral rehydration salts treatment of rotavirus enteritis,which can reduce symptoms,short-en the course of disease,curative effect,high safety,it is worth of the clinical promotion.%目的：观察低渗口服补液盐治疗轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法：将120例患轮状病毒肠炎的婴幼儿随机分为2组，对照组60例采用标准口服补液盐治疗，治疗组60例采用低渗口服补液盐治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果：治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：低渗口服补液盐治疗轮状病毒肠炎减轻症状，缩短病程，疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广。
