目的：探讨耐信治疗消化性溃疡合并出血的临床效果。方法：随机将350例已确诊为消化性溃疡合并出血的患者分为对照组和研究组，每组175例。两组均给予常规治疗，在此基础上对照组患者静脉滴注奥美拉唑，研究组静脉滴注耐信治疗，给药剂量均为40 mg/次，2次/ d，连续给药5天为1个疗程。观察记录患者的不良反应发生情况和胃镜检测治疗效果。结果：研究组止血总有效率为100％，对照组止血总有效率为85.1％，两组差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。研究不良反应发生率为6.28％，对照组不良反应发生率为9.71％，两组差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。结论：耐性对于消化道溃疡合并出血的治疗效果优于传统的质子泵抑制剂，值得临床推广。%Objective To study the clinical effect of Nexium in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding. Method 350 cases of pa-tient who hade been diagnosed with peptic ulcer with bleeding were randomly divided into control group and research group,175 cases in each group,the patients of the two groups were given conventional treatment,then the patients of the control group were given omeprazole by intravenous drip,the patients of research group were given nexium by intravenous drip,40 mg/ time,2 times/ day,for 5 consecutive days a course of treatment. To observe and record the adverse reactions occurred in patients and gastroscope inspect Treatment out-come. Results Total effective rate of the research group was 100% ,the control group was 85. 1% ,there was statistically significant differ-ence between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 6. 28% ,the control group was 9. 71% ,there wasn't statistically significant difference between the two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Nexium to patiences of peptic ulcer with bleeding is superior to conventional proton pump inhibitors,it is worthy of promotion.
