目的：探讨不同充填材料应用于牙颈部非龋性缺损修复的边缘封闭性的效果情况。方法：选取收治的牙颈部非龋性缺损患者60例临床资料，依据填充材料的不同进行分组，其中治疗 A 组30例和治疗 B 组30例。结果：治疗 B 组牙颈部非龋性缺损患者边缘缝隙宽度明显优于治疗 A 组，治疗 B 组牙颈部非龋性缺损患者边缘微渗漏程度分级明显优于治疗 A 组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：充填3M 通用型光固化树脂治疗牙颈部非龋性缺损效果较好，边缘的封闭性较理想。%Objective To approach marginal seal of non - carious cervical lesions by different compaction material. Method To analyze 60 cases non - carious cervical lesions patients clinical data,which was to be divided into two group,treatment A group 30 cases and treatment B group 30 cases. Results The edge crack width of non - carious cervical lesions patients of treatment B group were better than treatment A group,the Micro leakage classification of non - carious cervical lesions patients of treatment B group were better than treatment A group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The result of marginal seal of non - carious cervical lesions by 3M Supra composite resin is good,edge of the closure is idealism.
