objective To observe the effect of daily exercise intervention on levels of vitamin D of patients with type 2 diabetes by cross-sectional study and evaluate the possible mechanism. Method This cross-sectional study enrolled 468 patients with type 2 diabetes pa-tients and 120 apparently healthy subjects. The patients were devided into two groups based on amount of exercise per week:regular exercise group and less exercise group. Measured the plasma 25 ( OH )D levels using radioimmunoassay and mensurated the BMI of all the peo-ple. Compared the level of the index among the three groups. Results The patients with type 2 diabetes 25( OH)D levels was lower than the healthy(P<0. 01);The“regular exercise group”25(OH)D levels was higher than the“less exercise group”(P<0. 05);The 25(OH)D was negatively correlated with the BMI in patients with type 2 diabetes( P=0. 00). Conclusion The vitamin D levels of patients with T2 DM is de-creased compared with the healthy, and the daily exercise intervention can improve the vitamin D levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.%目的:通过横断面研究观察日常运动对2型糖尿病( type 2 diabetes,T2 DM)患者VitD水平的影响并探讨其可能的机制。
