雾化吸入高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎76例的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察雾化吸入高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法：选取76例毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组（高渗盐水治疗组）38例和对照组（常规治疗组）38例。结果：观察组有效率为92.1%，对照组为81.6%，观察组有效率明显高于对照组；且观察组的咳嗽缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、肺部啰音缓解时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组；数据均有明显统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：用高渗盐水雾化吸入的方法治疗毛细支气管炎，患儿临床症状及体征改善明显且安全可靠。%Objective To investigate the effect of atomization inhalation of hypertonic saline treatment in capillary bronchi-tis. Methods 76 cases of patients with capillary bronchitis were divided into observation group(Hypertonic saline treatment group,38)and control group(conventional therapy group,38)randomly. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than in control group(P<0. 05). The cough reduce time,breathing ease time,lung's ease of time and average Hospital Stays were significantly lower in observation group than in control group( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Atomization inhalation of hypertonic saline treatment can maje a better clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in capillary bronchitis.
