舒血宁、依达拉奉联合高压氧舱治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的早期疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the early efficacy of Shuxuening injection,Edaravone Injection and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Method 136 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients were randomly as-signed to treatment group (86 cases)and control group (50 cases).The treatment group was treated with Shuxuening injection, edaravone injection and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the control group was treated with edaravone injection and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.All patients were treated for 30 days.Two groups of treatment effect were observed and compared.Results The total effec-tive rate of the treatment group was 86%,and the control group was 74%.The efficacy of the 2 groups was significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusion On the basis of adequate treatment of choice of Shuxuening injection,edaravone injection and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning,can receive obvious effect of prevention and treatment,have good clinical ap-plication value.%目的：评价舒血宁注射液、依达拉奉注射液联合高压氧舱治疗急性一氧化碳中毒早期疗效。方法：将136例一氧化碳中毒患者随机分为治疗组86例及对照组50例，治疗组为舒血宁、依达拉奉联合高压氧舱治疗，对照组给予依达拉奉联合高压氧舱治疗，均治疗30d，观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率86％，对照组总有效率74％，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：在充足疗程的基础上选择舒血宁注射液、依达拉奉注射液联合高压氧舱治疗一氧化碳中毒，可以收到显著的预防和治疗效果，有良好的临床应用价值。
