目的：探讨脑瘫患儿集体康复治疗效果。方法：选取50例脑瘫患儿。按照年龄、性别、疾病分型、运动功能发育水平及家长知情同意进行分组，试验组实行“一对二至五”的小组式康复治疗模式，对照组行“一对一”的康复治疗模式，采用（GMFM88）粗大运动功能评估量表分别于治疗前和治疗后6个月对两组患儿进行评估。统计学处理应用SPSS11.0软件包。结果：两组患儿康复治疗效果均有提高，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：“一对二至五”的集体式小组治疗模式与“一对一”的康复治疗模式相比较，在治疗效果不变的基础上，不需要特殊设备、场地、人员、操作细节等要求，更重要的是改善了治疗氛围单一，缺乏竞争与模仿，治疗的主动性、连续性不够的缺点。家长直接参与到患儿治疗中，学习掌握了脑瘫康复治疗的基本知识与技能，保证患儿家庭治疗的主动性、连续性，节约医疗资源，减轻家庭负担，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of collective rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Method 50 cases of children with cerebral palsy were selected,according to age,sex,disease type,motor development level and pa-rental informed consent to the packet,they were divided into two groups;one was an experimental group with “treatment model of a pair of two to five”,the other comparative group with“one to one”model,using (GMFM88)assessment of gross motor function measure table respectively before treatment and 6 months after treatment the two groups were evaluated.For statistical processing we use SPSS11.0 software package.Results After 6 months of treatment,the two groups of children were assessed by GMFM88 and gross motor function,for each group of children,rehabilitation therapy effect was improved,without obvious differences (P >0.05). Conclusion Compared “the treatment mode of two to five”with “one to one rehabilitation mode”,based on the same effect in treat-ment,there are not only special requirements for equipment,space,personnel,operating details,but also children parentscan get more knowledge about rehabilitation therapy,and with the improvement of children′s initiative and reduction of therapist manpower cost,this is worth spreading.
