经外周静脉留置中心静脉导管在乳腺癌根治术后患者化疗中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC)in breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy during chemotherapy.Method A total of 91 cases of first chemotherapy for breast cancer patients after rad-ical mastectomy were selected and divided into PICC group (n =21)and control group (n =70),according to different infusion methods during chemotherapy.The differences in the incidence of phlebitis,drug extravasation and infection between the two groups were compared.Results Compared the control group,the incidences of phlebitis and drug extravasation in the PICC group were sig-nificantly lower,the difference was statistically (P <0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the incidence of infection (P >0.05).Conclusion PICC reduces the occurrences of phlebitis and drug extravasation,without in-creasing infection complication in breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy during chemotherapy.PICC is safe and feasible.%目的：探讨经外周静脉留置中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheters，PICC）在乳腺癌根治术后患者化疗中的应用。方法：选取91例乳腺癌根治术后首次化疗患者，按化疗时建立静脉通道给药方法不同分为 PICC 组（21例）和对照组（70例）。比较两组在化疗静脉通道静脉炎、药物外渗及感染发生率的差异。结果：PICC 组静脉炎、药物外渗的发生率比对照组明显低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），而感染发生率两组差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：PICC 在乳腺癌根治术后患者化疗中，能明显减少静脉炎、药物外渗的发生，且不增加感染并发症，是安全、可行的。
