目的：探讨产妇侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生法的临床护理情况。方法：选取分娩的300例产妇随机分成观察组150例（侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生）和对照组150例（传统助产方式助产），对比两组的分娩结局与护理情况。结果：两组产妇在会阴结局、产后42 d Oxford盆底肌力测定结果、并发生等方面相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：产妇侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生术，能够大大改善产妇分娩，提高产妇分娩预后，降低各种不良损伤发生率，且有利于减轻助产士的工作压力，降低其职业病发生率。%Objective To investigate the maternal side position together with the unprotected perineum midwives method of clinical nursing.Method 300 cases were randomly divided into observation group 150 cases (lateral position delivery with no pro-tection of perineum midwives)and control group 150 cases (traditional way midwifery midwifery),the birth outcomes and nursing of two groups were compared.Results Two groups of women in the perineal outcomes,postpartum 42 days Oxford pelvic floor muscle testing results,and had significant differenceby comparison (P<0.05 ).Conclusion Maternal side lies with unprotected perineum during surgery,childbirth can greatly improve the puerpera childbirth,improve the prognosis of maternity,reduce the incidence of the adverse damage,and is beneficial to reduce the work pressure midwives,reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
