目的:研究无痛胃镜和普通胃镜下息肉切除术的临床效果及安全性的分析。方法:选取诊治的胃息肉患者共216例,分为试验组(无痛胃镜组)106例和对照组(普通胃镜组)110例,均行镜下息肉电切或电凝术,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:试验组患者的手术时间为(7.83±2.35)min,手术治愈率98.11%,总体术后并发症发生率为1.88%;对照组患者的手术时间为(13.42±2.26)min,手术治愈率为89.09%,总体术后并发症发生率为6.36%;两组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。结论:对于胃息肉患者来讲,在无痛胃镜下采用胃部息肉切除术,可以缩短手术时间,提高治愈率,而且还能降低术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of the polyps resection under painless gastroscopy and common endoscopic. Method A total of 216 patients with gastric polyps were selected. They were divided into experimental group(pain-less gastroscopy group)106 cases and control group( common gastroscopy group)110 cases,Under the endoscope,the polyps were cut down or the electric coagulation was performed,To observe the clinical effect of the two groups of patients. Results The operation time of the experimental group was( 7. 83 ± 2. 35)min,the cure rate was 98. 11% ,the overall postoperative compli-cation rate was 1. 88% ;The operation time of the control group was(13. 42 ± 2. 26)min,the cure rate was 89. 09% ,the overall postoperative complication rate was 6. 36% ;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05) . Conclusion For patients with gastric polyps,in painless gastroscopy excision of gastric polyp,can shorten operation time,im-prove the cure rate,but also reduce the postoperative complications,worthy of clinical application.
