Objective To discuss the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for infantile diarrhe-a. Method 120 cases with infantile diarrhea were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,each group of 60 cases. The control group was given the western medicine therapy and the observation group was given the traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy. Treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After comparison,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00% ,which was significantly higher than 76. 67% of the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0. 05);the correct dehydration time and antidiarrheal time significantly of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has a good clinical effect,which is worthy promotion of use.%目的：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选取收治的小儿腹泻患者120例作为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者采用西医疗法，观察组患者采用中西医结合疗法。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经比较，观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.00％，明显高于对照组患者的76.67％，比较结果具有显著差异性（P ＜0.05）；同时观察组患者的脱水纠正时间、止泻时间明显短于对照组，比较结果具有显著差异性（P ＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果良好，值得推广使用。
