Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of massage therapy compounding with TCM smear method to treat knee osteoarthritis of Yang-deficiency Hanning type.Methods 64 patients were randomly and evenly divided into two groups,The patients of treatment group were received the treatment of massage therapy compounding with TCM smear method,20 minutes at a time,once a day,20 days for a course,The patients of control group were received the treatment of oral double phenolic acid sodium chloride (Novartis Voltaren),75 mg,once a day,20 days for a course.Results After a course of treatment,the WOMAC scores of two groups were significantly decreased the treatment group,The effectiveness has significant difference between the treatment group and control group,It means that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.Conclusion The treatment of massage therapy compounding with TCM smear method to treat knee osteoarthritis of Yang-deficiency Hanning type is an effective and acceptable method.%目的 评价推拿配合中药涂擦治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将收治的病人随机分为2组,每组32例,治疗组接受推拿配合中药涂擦治疗,每次20 min,1次/d,20d1疗程；对照组采用口服双氯酚酸钠(诺华扶他林)75 rng,1次/d,20d 1疗程.结果 经过1疗程治疗后,两组WOMAC评分均较治疗前明显降低,治疗组有效率高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义,说明治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组.结论 推拿配合中药涂擦治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎是有效且能被接受的方法.
